Common questions
Do you do one-time projects or ongoing support?
Both. Many jobs start as a one-time project, like a network rebuild or a server, and some clients keep ongoing support afterward for updates, monitoring, and help-desk requests.
Can you work on a network someone else set up?
Yes. The first step is an assessment that documents what you have, what's at risk, and what's worth keeping, so you know exactly what you're paying to change.
Do you sell the hardware?
You'll get specific hardware recommendations that fit your budget. You can buy it yourself, or it can be sourced as part of the quote.
Do you run new network cable?
Not at this time. Zion works with your existing wiring or wireless backhaul, and can coordinate with a licensed low-voltage contractor when new cable runs are needed.
